Shiseido Snow Beauty Face Powder set or Hand cream (separate buy) (July 21 2024)

Shiseido will release the 2024 edition of its popular medicinal whitening series "Snow Beauty" on July 21st.

"Snow Beauty," born in 2014 with the concept of compactly encapsulating snow crystals falling in the city, is praised for its 24-hour skincare functionality and annually sought-after artistic designs inspired by global art and culture, available only for that year. In 2024, themed as "Snow Beauty Wonderland," it depicts scenes of beautifully falling snow.

The lineup includes two types: face powder and hand cream.

 The "Brightening Skincare Powder A"  (25g) can be used for makeup finishing, daytime touch-ups, and nighttime skincare, featuring 4MSK whitening active ingredient to suppress melanin production, penetrating deep into the keratin layer with 7-color pearls to correct skin tone and texture for a bright complexion.

Each product comes with a powder puff, skincare puff, and pouch, with refills available separately (¥5720).

Following last year's successful launch, the "Brightening Hand Cream" (40g) includes 4MSK to prevent sun-exposed hand skin spots, moisturizing fingertips while enhancing transparency with light diffusion for makeup effects.

The packaging portrays the sparkle of sequined snowflakes sewn into soft organza created by a tailor's snow fairy against a starry sky, chosen by brand ambassador Rina Trindell based on concept and design.
