The smooth, creamy texture glides effortlessly onto the lids, offering vivid pigment and an ultra-luminous glow for a bright, spirited look. Designed for intuitive application with either fingers or brushes, the formula allows for seamless blending and layering while remaining smudge-proof for long-lasting wear.

Lucia Pica created Vesuvio, a richly pigmented eyeshadow palette, to capture the extraordinary colours of 18th century Neapolitan paintings depicting the volcano Vesuvius and the surrounding landscapes of her home city of Naples.

 

Each of the 18 shades of this palette echoes the range of colours found in these paintings, from the quietest of pastel shades to the most spectacular pops of colour, delivering rich colour pay-off in a single stroke.

THE FORMULA:

This soft, creamy, and ultra-sensorial texture glides onto the skin with a luminous yet weightless finish. Buildable and blendable, the richly pigmented shades allow for instinctive experimentation while remaining effortless to apply, either with a brush or with your fingertips. THE COLOURS:

Wearable and fluid with an explosive twist, the Vesuvio palette takes its inspiration from the striking Neapolitan landscapes of 18th century paintings. Lucia Pica chose 18 entrancing colours to echo those found in these artworks, from the soft natural hues of the hillsides to the fiery eruption of Vesuvius. 

Warm and cool-toned pastels like lilac, watery green, subtle blue, pale yellow and soft pink mingle with natural tones of grey, brown, and taupe between intense pops of bright orange, pink, copper, and bronze.

THE OBJECT:

Housed in a mirrored case, adorned with a motif that reimagines Vesuvius as an abstract idea, painted in the rainbow hues of the palette.
